Made in the USA Foundation Files Petition with FDA to Require Country of Origin Labeling on Prescription Drugs

On February 1, 2018, the Made in the USA Foundation filed a formal petition with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to require drug stores, including CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid and others to label all prescriptions with their country of origin.  Now 80% of prescription drugs are coming from India and China, two countries that have questionable sanitation and quality controls.  We urge you to write the FDA Commissioner, Scott Gottlieb, in support of this petition.  His address is Food and Drug Administration, New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20993.  A copy of the petition can be opened below:
